Impermanence explores how human behaviours cascade upon the quiet reality of our natural landscape—and how the natural world, in turn, responds.

Beams of light, which only appear in their fullness at precisely the ‘right moment,’ represent patience and the futility of inflicting rigid precision onto the world. In coming to appreciate this condition, we’re left with the beautiful state of temporary impermanence.

This series came about in the midst of a 10 day silent Vipassana retreat while contemplating the pace of human life and it's impacts on our home, our planet.
